An upgraded product which is suitable for degrading common plastics materials like ( LDPE /HDPE /LLDPE / PP ) leading to full biodegradation in the presence of oxygen, sunlight and/or thermo heat (temperature). The initiation time for degradation leading to biodegradation could be customized. Contains no toxic material and is 100% recyclable. Microbes will digest the plastic material bringing Biomass, water and CO2 (Carbon dioxide).
ESP 200™ "Bionic" Plastic aditive
A product when incorporated into plastics materials (LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE, PP, PVC, PS, EPS and PET) will allow this material to degrade and biodegrade when disposed in an atmosphere with zero-oxygen ( i.e. buried in landfill).
Materials are 100% recyclable. Microbes have been shown to digest the incorporated ESP200 plastic material over time. Contains no toxic material and is 100% recyclable. Microbes will digest the plastic material bringing Biomass, water and CH4 (Methane).
ESP300™ "Resin Substitute"
An additive technology capable of replacing between 10 -50 % of standard polyolefin resins (LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE, PP, PVC, PS, PA and ABS) whilst being able to retain the original strength characteristics of the conventional plastic material. 100% biodegradable. 100% recyclable. Nearly 80% of the additive is from a natural "non starch" source –with no impact on water, soils or climate. Contains no toxic material and is 100% recyclable. Microbes will digest the plastic material bringing Biomass, water and CO2(Carbon dioxide).
ESP 400™ "Eco-Natural resin"
A bio-technology based resin based on starch. Could be formed into several products like food trays/containers, cutlery, plates, cups inclusive general packaging products. Possible to create low gauge film/bags or added into as a filler material (combined with a Thermo Plastics Starch compound). 100 % compostable, proven to be completely bio-based. No GE –genetically modified crop starch resource used. Contains no toxic material and is 100% recyclable. Microbes will digest the plastic material bringing Biomass, water and CO2(Carbon dioxide).
